Umé 梅, Japanese plum. The blossoming of the plum flower signifies a new beginning, also the launch of Umé Japanese Bistro, in the spring of 2005. As a family-run restaurant, shaped by generation of chefs over four decades in the industry, we honor tradition to our classic Japanese sushi while adding creativity to modern Japanese comfort dishes.
